My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfy with a good breakfast, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to everything, but it was not very close to the train station. The service was on point, and the dining experience offered wholesome food. However, the facilities could be improved. In terms of value for money, it was reasonable given the amenities provided.
The hotel had stunning views of the wide waterway where cruise liners sail along and was conveniently located on a stylish promenade. The rooms were beautifully clean, but some showed signs of poor quality furniture. The service at the reception desk was top-notch, yet some amenities like laundry service came at an extra cost. The dining experience offered local jams but lacked variety. Despite these minor drawbacks, the quiet riverside location and closeness to nice restaurants made the stay enjoyable overall.
