inflexible staffuncomfortable bed
The lack of a mini-fridge in the room was inconvenient. I needed to keep some personal items cool for health reasons, and the staff was inflexible about storing them. This led to two very unpleasant discussions and overall detracted from the experience. the room I booked didn't match the photos online. It was smaller and darker. The bed wasn't comfortable either.
