charming stay near the canal
convenient supermarket excellent staff
the location is near a water bus station (this was helpful for getting around). a nearby supermarket and restaurant were convenient. i had a double or twin room canal view. the staff was excellent.

great location water bus station daily change dusty dado rail missing wire mesh shared bathroom
The location is wonderful. It is close to the water bus station. The staff changed bed sheets every day, I was surprised by that.
There was dust on the dado rail. It was obvious. I got bitten a lot because there was no wire mesh on the windows. A shared bathroom was not great, but I knew that when I booked.

Acceptable stay with some issues
great location helpful staff served coffee faulty socket dirty bed missing water
The location was great. Two supermarkets are nearby. The coffee served individually pleased me. The staff members were helpful.
One socket in the room was faulty. I saw dirt on the bed after I arrived. The room could have been cleaner. The room did not even have one small water bottle.

inflexible staff uncomfortable bed
The lack of a mini-fridge in the room was inconvenient. I needed to keep some personal items cool for health reasons, and the staff was inflexible about storing them. This led to two very unpleasant discussions and overall detracted from the experience. the room I booked didn't match the photos online. It was smaller and darker. The bed wasn't comfortable either.
